Eliot’s passion is exploration. He is always searching for new things to learn, test and apply to his work, and draws inspiration from his experience in government, military and non-profit organisations.
He believes that the value of any change is rooted in the way people are brought on the journey. He has a knack for tapping into the culture of an organisation and understanding the unspoken nuances that can make or break strategy and reform. Eliot is motivated by working for both the individual and the organisation, a duality he has experienced supporting and leading through periods of change and reform.
Eliot has worked across the Australian non-profit sector, in both policy and corporate areas of Defence, and in the Military Reserve. He applies this breadth of experience and
cross-disciplines to strategic and service design. Eliot holds a Bachelor of Politics and International Relations and a Masters of International Security Law.
